Paul joined the company, bringing over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and Industry 4.0 technologies across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully applied AI in various operational areas such as predictive maintenance to reduce downtime, automated vision inspection, and process automation. Delivering sustainable, AI-driven results that advance both operational performance and business growth.
Prior to joining Critical Manufacturing, Paul led large-scale MES and ERP programs at Medtronic – one of the world’s most complex manufacturing ecosystems. By leading programs that enhanced machine connectivity, real-time data integration, and automated vision inspection, he helped elevate operational excellence and accelerate AI implementation across global supply chain networks.
