Empowering Customers

The structured training process will guide the trainees through two different stages with well-defined learning and evaluation moments.

A blended learning approach allows training flexibility with the use of online learning tools and remote face-to-face interaction through Microsoft Teams.

At the end of the due successful training, Critical Manufacturing will issue a badge.

Learning path

Different functional roles are required within a team to implement Critical Manufacturing MES: Modeler, Administrator, Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, and Automation Developer.

These roles are the basis of the Critical Manufacturing MES learning paths and are reflected in the training content.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find some useful information to help you understand our training process. For further questions contact us.

How long do trainees have access to the Critical Manufacturing MES license and the e-learning platform?
  • All the learning tools, including access to the e-learning platform and Critical Manufacturing MES license, remain available until one month after the end of the Training Program.
In the e-learning platform, the trainees have access to several courses. But do they need to complete them all?
  • Every trainee has access to all the available Critical Manufacturing e-learning courses. The trainee must only complete the courses that belong to the chosen path. All trainees receive an email that states the courses they should complete. The list is also available in the Critical Manufacturing Training Plan.
The trainee has already completed some e-learning courses before. Should they repeat them?
  • Yes, they should. Critical Manufacturing regularly updates the e-learning courses and exercises. For example, in the Hands-on Access Exam, the results of some exercises will be requested, hence, all exercises must be completed. The exercises should be done using the provided VM, and each trainee should do the exercises on their own.
Why is there a self-assessment period?
  • The self-assessment period is to understand if the trainees have the necessary training preconditions.
Trainees have access to a demo exam, and the self-assessment preconditions test in the e-learning platform. From the test results, they should be able to evaluate if they are ready to take the training courses.
  • This period is also for trainees to become acquainted with the Critical Manufacturing MES learning tools, install the VM, and overcome any constraints they may have.
Can a trainee follow more than one path, for example, Modeler and Developer?
  • A trainee can only take one path in the same training program edition.
What is the self-assessment period schedule?
  • The self-assessment period has a 15 days duration and begins one month before the training starts.
What should we expect from the self-assessment preconditions exam? What do you assess?
  • The questions are not related to training content but only to the necessary preconditions for each path.
At what time do the synchronous sessions occur?
  • The time of the synchronous sessions depends on the time zone of the attendees. Therefore, only after registrations can we define the time of these sessions.
