No Turning Back: MES/MOM enters the age of AI

The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the history, current state, and future opportunities and challenges for MES/MOM and AI as technologies mature. We will examine the topic from the perspective of the four pillars of continuous improvement success: People, Process, Data, and Technology. Discussions about the benefits of AI often focus on technological capabilities, without considering the necessary transformation in people skills, process modernization, and data contextualization required to leverage these technologies effectively. This presentation aims to identify biases that may hinder progress and provide strategies for ensuring successful implementation.
