We're looking for people that:
- Have a degree in IT engineering or computer sciences and less than 4 years of working experience
- Have outstanding software development skills
- Have proficiency in C#/.Net or Java
- Have very good SQL Skills (Oracle or SQL Server)
- Have a passion to deliver high quality software
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills, in both Portuguese and English
- Are self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment
- Are able to work in a team environment
- Are well organized with attention to details
- Perform and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines
