Teresa Carreiro is invited speaker at Católica Lisbon

Teresa Carreiro is an invited speaker at Católica Lisbon – School of Business and Economics, within the post-graduation course PAGAP – Advanced Program In Project Management And Evaluation.
The course is structured into modules, encompassing three fundamental areas of knowledge for managing modern and high caliber projects: operational management, financial management and behavioral aspects associated with the management of project teams. The PAGAP program seeks to ensure that its participants master the main models and state-of-the-art techniques in terms of Project Management and Evaluation.
Teresa Carreiro will conduct a conference on June 30th, focused on Critical Manufacturing’s project management experience in Agile Methodologies and its advantages versus the traditional Waterfall approach.
Teresa is co-founder and Operations and Quality Manager of Critical Manufacturing. Beyond her daily duties, she also promotes the usage of Scrum within the company, performing Scrum trainings for the teams and the customers, facilitating continuous improvement through experience sharing and promoting agile events.
