Critical Manufacturing participates in Microsoft’s “Innovative Leaders” initiative

In a joint initiative by the Portuguese Education Ministry and Microsoft Portugal, a program “Innovative Leaders” has been created, aiming the preparation of public school directors for the new challenges in leadership and innovation in their schools. The program provides them the necessary competences to lead the necessary organization changes.
Microsoft Portugal invited Portuguese leaders and entrepreneurs to be an active part of the program, mentoring and evaluating of the mandatory school improvement programs. Francisco Almada Lobo, Critical Manufacturing’s CEO, is responsible for the programs of Agrupamento Vertical de Escolas Dr. Vieira de Carvalho in Maia and Agrupamento Vertical de Escolas Leça da Palmeira / Santa Cruz do Bispo, and will visit the schools on December 14th.
